The Floodline Hybrid Environmental Monitoring System operates a network of leak detection cables and sensors from 4 to 128 zones plus from 16 to 224 Modbus enabled zones. Packed with updated technology and enhanced installer and end-user functionality, the Floodline Hybrid Environmental Monitoring System is a truly multi-functional and customisable water, oil and gas digital leak detection control panel.

The large LED touchscreen provides a full overview of the system with embedded maps of the building accurately pinpointing the precise location and nature of any alarm activation. The system can be set up with up to six languages including English, French, German, Italian, Polish and Spanish. The system can also be configured to accept a volt-free contact input for connection to third-party sensors.

A zone can be anything from a single point to multiple liquid, gas and oil sensors as well as long line distance measuring liquid leak detection cable for up to 1500 metres. The whole network is continuously monitored for leaks and continuity.

The Floodline Hybrid Environmental Monitoring System consistently delivers accurate warnings for multiple leak detection. The system allows the sensitivity of each zone to be adjusted via the touchscreen setup to take into account environmental requirements, ensuring full leak detection monitoring while at the same time reducing the risk of false alarms that can be common with other technologies.

The system also allows for zonal temperature and humidity monitoring for any zone that requires that environmental stability.

If a zone goes into alarm, other zones remain unaffected and can show the spread of a leak from zone to zone while continuing to provide full leak detection monitoring in all the other zones.

Output relays give the ability to drive other devices such as beacons, alarms and solenoid valves to automatically shut off water, oil and gas supply as required in the event of leak detection. 

Onward communication capabilities include Modbus, BACnet, Ethernet, email and SMS text. The system has two types of data logging, Events data logging which records the last 500 alarm/system events with date and time and Traditional Zone data logging where each zone’s input levels are recorded every five minutes over seven days on a first-in, first-out basis.

The Floodline Multi-Zone Control Panel is available as 4-zone, 8-zone and 16-zone panel options designed for discreet wall mounting. The control panel continuously monitors a network of multiple leak detection zones. With updated technology and enhanced installer and end-user functionality, the Floodline Multi-Zone Control Panel
is a truly multi-functional and customisable water, oil and gas leak detection control panel.

A zone can be anything from a single point to multiple liquid, gas and oil sensors as well as Long Line liquid leak detection cable for up to 1500 metres. The whole network is continuously monitored for leaks and continuity. The system can also monitor humidity and temperature in any zone as required.

Zones are electrically isolated from each other and individually displayed so the system can accept and report any number of simultaneous or consecutive zone alarms delivering true multiple leak reporting. If an alarm is triggered in any zone, it has no affect on the monitoring of any other zone and the rest of the system.

Temperature and humidity sensors can be configured for three separate alarm levels. 

A leak detection alarm is indicated by a flashing LED as well as an audible alarm with mute function. All alarms are displayed separately and continuously until corrected and reset.

Output relays provide the ability to drive other devices such as beacons, remote alarms and solenoid valves to shut off water, gas and oil supply in the event of a leak.

The Floodline 1-Zone Control Panel is designed for discreet wall mounting. The control panel continuously monitors a single leak detection zone.

A zone can be anything from a single point to multiple liquid, gas and oil sensors as well as Long Line liquid leak detection cable for up to 1500 metres. The system can also monitor humidity and temperature as required.

A leak detection alarm is indicated by a flashing LED as well as an audible alarm with mute function. An activated alarm is displayed continuously until corrected and reset.

Output relays provide the ability to drive other devices such as beacons, remote alarms and solenoid valves to shut off water, gas and oil supply in the event of a leak. 

Floodline Ranger Distance Measurement System for Long Line Liquid Leak Detection +-

Floodline Ranger is a Long Line system comprising control panel and detection cable providing leak detection for up to 1500 metres. Ranger can operate as a stand-alone system or can easily be integrated into a larger Floodline installation, functioning as a zone, connecting to any Floodline control panel. The system is ideal for plant rooms, warehouses, libraries, museums and any longer areas that require water leak detection. The system provides more choice for those customers who require a Long Line system with the advantage of also working within a network of multiple zones and a range of other sensors in any size of installation.

The control unit can be attached to a standard DIN rail and can also be housed in an existing instrument cabinet with available rail space.

In the event of a leak detection, the control panel triggers an audio visual alarm as well as triggering onward communication to BMS or similar. Illuminated LEDs on the control panel provide visual indication for power, leak detection, system status alerts and communications. The leak detection LED indicator on the control panel shows the distance to the leak.  

The high-visibity sensor cable detects the presence of water at any point along its length. The cable is available in a range of pre-terminated lengths with locking connectors to join the lengths together. Conductive-polymer technology and fluoro-polymer construction make the sensor cable mechanically strong and highly resistant to corrosion and abrasion. 

The cable dries and resets within 15 minutes after removal from standing water and can be wiped with a clean, damp cloth.

The compact module is designed for DIN rail mounting and screw terminals provide connections for leak detection sensors, power input and volt-free contact output. 

Flashing LEDs indicate leak detection and system status alerts. All alarms are displayed separately and continuously until corrected and reset.

The module can connect to any number of Floodline leak detection sensors for water, oil and gas.

The compact module is designed for DIN rail mounting and screw terminals provide connections for leak detection sensors, power input and volt-free contact output. Floodline Leak 1 Mk 3 provides variable sensitivity for leak alarm and manual or automatic reset modes.

Illuminated LEDs indicate GREEN for power, RED for leak detection and YELLOW for system status alerts. All alarms are displayed separately and continuously until corrected and reset.

Floodline Leak 1 Mk 5 is a cost-effective, self-contained, single-zone leak detection module specially designed for incorporation into other control and alarm systems, air conditioning units, generator control panels and BMS and is a upgrade of the Floodline Leak 1 Mk 3 where a more sophisticated system is required.

The module can connect to any number of Floodline leak detection sensors for water, oil and gas. Floodline Leak 1 Mk 5 provides two volt-free contacts for communication with flashing LEDs signalling independently RED for leak detection and YELLOW for system status alarms. All alarms are displayed separately and continuously until corrected and reset. 

The module provides variable sensitivity for leak alarm, the ability to read sensor status, manual and automatic reset modes, a history log of the last five alarm events, two volt-free relay outputs and test operation for the volt-free contacts.

The compact module is designed for DIN rail mounting and screw terminals provide connections for leak detection sensors, power input and volt-free contact output. 

Floodline Fan Coil Leak Detection System +-

Floodline Fan Coil is a robust single-zone water leak detection system that can be free standing on a floor or in a drip tray, or horizontally or vertically mounted at the base of equipment or a wall. Fan Coil is typically for air conditioning units and humid environments where water can collect.

The unit can connect to leak detection cable or tape and other Floodline point sensors. Fan Coil can be stand-alone or can connect to other Floodline control panels as a part of a larger Floodline leak detection installation. The control unit is housed in a robust stainless steel Floodline Guard Plate for protection and ease of mounting. 

The unit is equipped with a sensitivity control and a continuous built-in water and conductive liquid leak detection sensor as well as an auxilliary input for other sensors. Flashing LEDs indicate leak detection and system status alarms and continue to display until the problem is corrected and reset. An illuminated LED indicates power supply.

Floodline 1-8-Way Solenoid Valve Control Panel (SVCP) +-

Floodline 1-8-Way SVCP monitors alarm relays in a Floodline Control Panel and automatically controls the operation of solenoid valves to isolate a water, oil or gas source when a leak is detected. Floodline 1-8 Way SVCP is available in eight configurations to control up to eight 24V, 15 Watt solenoid valves.

The SVCP has illuminated power and alarm indicators, fuse protection for each power output, output for both normally open and normally closed valves and a valve test button for testing the operation of the valves.

The Floodline Remote Alarm Unit provides a visual and audible warning of a leak or system fault.

The Remote Alarm is available as a robust, surface-mounted ABS plastic box or a flush-mounted brushed chrome version for areas which require a more discreet appearance. The unit can be mounted anywhere within a building and connected to the main Floodline Control Panel. A Remote Alarm is useful in situations where the main Floodline Control Panel is loacated in a room such as a security office, where there may be periods where the panel is not monitored, and consequently a repeat indicator is needed at a reception desk or a location which is staffed around the clock.

The remote alarm alerts of the main Floodline Control Panel status. Alarm Indicators show flashing red LED for leak or system fault and all alarms are displayed continuously until corrected and reset at the main control panel.

There is a keyswitch to mute the audible alarm on the ABS model and a push button control to mute on the Chrome flush-mounted version. The unit automatically resets when the main Floodline Control Panel is reset,  Other, non-standard remote alarm units can be supplied to suit individual, specific requirements.

The Floodline SD2 Speech Dialler is an advanced warning system that can connect to all Floodline Control Panels, putting configuration, control and response at the fingertips of authorised remote users.

A combination of up to ten landline and mobile numbers can be stored in the system and contacted by voice or SMS text message should an event trigger the warning system. Because text messages are sent via a landline, no SIM card or cellular network subscription is required.

To give total flexibility, the user can define the triggers, the messages and the order that the authorised numbers are dialled.

Basic installation requires an analogue telephone line or analogue extension through a PBX and a link to the Floodline Control Panel from the SD2. The SD2 can then be configured in accordance with customer requirements. The SD2 is suitable for new Floodline installations and can be retrofitted to existing detection systems subject to availability of free connections in the main control panel.

Other applications can include boilers, freezers, vending machines, air conditioning units, fire alarms and intruder alarm panels.

Monitoring and motification can be used independently to monitor any item that offers a switched negative or positive trigger, Floodline 128 log with time and date and internal temperature monitoring. Remote access through touch-tone phones. Integral speaker and microphone allow two way communications to the site. The SD2 is powered by 10.5 to 14V DC supplied by the Floodline Control Panel.

The SD2 has a stand-alone keypad with 32 characters and an LCD text display.
