Throughout the coronavirus emergency it will continue to be Andel’s priority to safeguard the health and well-being of our team, our customers and the wider community.

Government designated Andel as part of the group of key service providers at the start of the emergency, supporting customers specifically for water drainage and sanitation and oil storage for heating and generators, all of which have continued to receive ongoing maintenance throughout the emergency.

We have put all necessary measures in place to provide the highest levels of safety, observing strict social distancing, PPE and hygiene measures both in the workplace and our worksites. Team members who are able have been working remotely from home supported by our IT and telecoms systems and furloughed staff are starting to return to work in response to the easing of COVID-19 lockdown rules.

We continue to take orders, manufacture and fulfil orders, all with strict adherence to Coronavirus COVID-19 Government guidelines. Many Andel products are essential to sustaining the operational continuity and security of our customers, many of whom are providers of key services and include organisations such as the NHS, local authorities and utility companies.

The actions we have taken allow Andel to remain fully operational, providing products and services safely to all customers, existing and new. Our offices are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We have also extended our availability and all out of office calls are now diverted to a company director able to offer advice and to provide urgent action if required.
